Information we collect
When you submit a contact or resource form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, organization, role, employee range, primary challenge, optional message and optional marketing preference. Microsoft Bookings may collect the information required to schedule a meeting under Microsoft's applicable terms and privacy practices.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, provide requested resources, arrange demonstrations, understand requirements, maintain business records and improve our website and services. We use marketing information only when you choose the optional consent checkbox or another lawful basis applies.
Cookies and website measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand website use and improve page content, navigation and calls to action. Analytics storage is denied unless you choose to allow optional analytics cookies. If you do not respond or choose Skip, Google and Clarity may receive limited cookieless page-level interaction signals, such as page views, clicks, scrolling and device details. If you choose Allow, or enable Analytics under Cookie preferences, analytics storage is granted so GA4 and Clarity may use analytics cookies and provide richer session and visitor measurement. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain denied. We disable Google Signals and advertising personalization features, request Google advertising data redaction and mask form inputs and sensitive page content in Clarity. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time through Cookie preferences in the website footer. These controls reduce browser storage and data use but do not make analytics anonymous in every legal or technical sense.
Sharing and service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, form handling, analytics, email and scheduling. They process information to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Website enquiry and resource-request information is normally retained for up to 24 months. We may keep information longer where it forms part of an active customer relationship, is required to meet legal or accounting obligations, or is needed to establish or defend legal claims.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us.
International processing and security
Some service providers may process information outside New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to select appropriate providers and protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
