What is chargeable
One price for each active item
Chargeable items include risks, controls, assessments, issues, audit items and remediation tasks when they are active or used during the month.
The price does not change by item type. There is no minimum item count, so a client can begin with one item or one register and expand based on practical use.

What is not charged
Keep governance and history without a storage penalty
Templates and governance building blocks such as risk catalogs, control catalogs, policies and procedures are free.
Inactive and archived items are not charged. Parapet retains them rather than deleting them. If an archived item is used for reporting or reactivated, charging applies only for that month.

Frequently asked questions
Is the 12-month price prepaid?
No. The client commits for 12 months but is billed monthly based on the active items in each month.
Is there a minimum number of items?
No. There is no minimum item count.
Are user accounts charged?
No. Parapet does not charge per user. Appropriate access can be provided according to roles and security rules.
What happens when an item is archived?
It is retained and not charged while inactive. If it is used for reporting or reactivated, it is charged only in that month.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are in USD and applicable taxes are additional.
